One of Luffy’s leadership moments. Declaring the war on the government was necessary to show resolve that he is shouldering his crewmembers’ problem as if it was his own problem.

As I remember in the early days of the Straw Hat crew when Nami ‘left’ the crew, what Zoro said was ‘Let’s just find another navigator’. At the early days, the Straw Hats joined more like just for their own dreams and their own desire. While they do fight for each other, they still don’t have the deep trust and faith in each other like Luffy that made him refused to leave Cocoyashi village even at Nami’s behest.

Fast forward a few sagas is the result of Luffy’s leadership. The fact is that he cultivated this spirit of fighting for your friends among his crew through example and other factors that now, not a single member of the Straw Hats flinched when Luffy made the decision that Robin’s enemies are now without a U-turn, their enemies too. All of them refused to leave Robin even at her repeatedly making it clear she wanted them to leave her, in contrast to Cocoyashi Village, where only Luffy insists on not leaving Nami.

Also, the intensity and dedication of the VAs is the reason why I truly love One Piece. Both Luffy's & Robin's VA truly gave me insane goosebumps. Huge respect to all the other VAs who've done such an incredible job!!

I love both the Japanese and the English voice actors. They both do amazing jobs in both versions I was crying when hearing robin saying she wants to live in front of luffy.

Yup, show is really slow and at times downright childish, but if you keep watching enough you'll see the deeper meaning and emotions behind the plot and characters. Luffy being the most caring leader, even though he's mostly portrayed as being careless in nature.

The more we watch One piece the more we get attached to it. Because it not only holds our emotions. It also kind of related to our real life world.
irl, the actual govt is also like this one piece govt.
But the difference is there's no Luffy, even if there's someone who raise their voices they kept being shut down by some dirty work.

In the end, this show is truly amazing, which we all love.

I love how thru Nami's story we get to see the darkness of pirates and with Robin and Franky's story, they showed us the darkness of the government. People believed that there's only white or black, government or pirates. In the end, in each adventure, it is shown to us the reality that we all contain both colors no matter what affliation, gender, race, etc., we have.

I hate these people who uses the word "justice" just to protect their fragile egos, cowardness, or get their selfish desires.

What is justice if you keep hurting a little girl?

OH LORD, this arc has been on hell of an emotional rollercoaster. I'm going crazy, there's soo much happening all at once. But I'm Soo glad robin finally wants to live.

I seriously thought that Robin might've done something li'l in the past to come in sight of govt.😡 So they give her so importance, I also thought she really destroyed those ships in the past(they sure fooled me), but I don't see her doing anything evil or anything like to put a 79 million berry reward on little girl😔. Like literally😒 she did nothing except run for her life watching her loved getting unjustly brutally killed😞.
